Dogger Bank A, B & C

GE · 2018–2020 · Tender, pre-FEED and FEED
Interface Foundation Manager for the Dogger Bank bids and FEED activities. Coordination of site-specific engineering, including loads, towers and foundation interfaces, within GE’s offshore wind team.

XCF floater & Groix–Belle-Île

Mareal · 2020–2023 · Engineering management
Led development of the XCF modular concrete semi-submersible, from concept through the GBI design stages. Coordinated naval architecture, integrated loads, structural engineering, moorings, cables and installation interfaces. The GBI project was subsequently cancelled by its developer.

Floating wind engineering capability

Venterra · 2023–2025 · Technical Director, Floating Wind
Built the floating wind engineering team and supplier network, developed design processes and led tender strategy. Work included the UCC EOB prototype and floating wind research and demonstrator studies.

Vertiwind

Technip · 2011–2014 · Structural engineering and technical leadership
Structural engineering and FEED leadership for a floating prototype supporting a vertical-axis wind turbine, with responsibility for design methods and multidisciplinary interfaces.

Engineering leadership

At GE, Jean-Philippe developed foundation engineering capabilities and a monopile predesign toolchain, and supervised more than 20 offshore wind tenders. Earlier roles at Saipem and 3C Metal provided a foundation in offshore structural design and package management.

MSc Mechanical Engineering, ENIT (2007). Finance training, HEC (2020).
French native speaker. Fluent professional English.
